Exciting vacancy for a Sports and Recreation Officer
This position provides overall community-based coordination and leadership of Sport and Recreation activities, guided by community priorities, and supporting the strategic direction of Wujal Wujal Aboriginal Shire Council.
The successful applicant will have previous experience working with youth, event and activity management as well as working with first nations people.

Hours for this position will consist of:
- Monday to Thursday 3pm – 6pm
- School holidays the hours will increase to start at 12pm and finish at 6pm
- During events this role may be required to work longer hours.
Mandatory requirements:
- Current C Class Driver Licence
- Current Blue Card or able to attain
- Police Check will be undertaken before commencement
