Meet our Executive Leadership Team

Our strategic direction is determined by the Mayor and Councillors, in consultation with the community. Our leadership team provides advice to the Mayor and Councillors and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the organisation.  

This structure illustrated here has been designed to support the achievement of Councils vision and key objectives.  In this structure key services are grouped into four areas as follows:  

  • Executive Services 
  • Operations Works and Building Services 
  • Community Services 
  • Financial Services 

The Chief Executive Officer supported in the delivery of services to the community by three Executive Managers.
